Personal Information may be disclosed to and collected, used and/or stored by, Savvas Learning Company, and may be transferred to authorized vendors (vendors that provide services on our behalf) for the purposes of calculating, reporting and paying royalties, maintaining and supporting this Website and the RoyaltyDirect eStatement service, managing and administering our business (including keeping business records for as long as necessary to fulfill Savvas Learning Company's royalty payment, tax, regulatory and other legal obligations, and a reasonable period of time thereafter) and as otherwise permitted by contract or with prior consent. Savvas Learning Company takes reasonable contractual and procedural measures to protect Personal Information while it is being processed, handled and/or stored by third parties. Savvas Learning Company may also disclose Personal Information to governmental authorities as required for income reporting purposes and to financial institutions as necessary to process payments.Personal Information may also be used and disclosed in connection with the proposed or actual financing, securitization, insuring, sale, assignment or other disposal of all or part of Savvas Learning Company or its business or assets, for the purposes of evaluating and/or performing the proposed transaction. Reasonable contractual or other measures Savvas Learning Company may take to protect your Personal Information while outside the Resident Jurisdiction are subject to applicable foreign legal requirements, for example, lawful requirements by governmental authorities or court order to disclose Personal Information to government authorities in the countries in which such data may be stored or processed.
